  1. It was another observational study. I wish journalists would know the difference between studies. No wonder people are cynical about nutritional science.

  2. People refine flour for several good reasons. Cooking in general destroys a lot of nutrients in raw food but it also destroys the toxins and germs. Would you eat raw beans? Raw wheat is also hazardous for human health and causes stunted growth and rickets.
