Judging by their stops alonen it’s clear to me they have no business on the open sea. Isreal should not arrest them but simply disable any boat that enters their waters and let their Spanish and Italian minders clean up the mess. That’s why they tagged along.

Not knowing when this flotilla left, I completely agree. Apparently this is at least the second such adventure, however. I thought it was still the first, and checked the publication date after the first paragraph to get my bearings…
It’s taking them six weeks to deliver about 250 to 300 tons of food to Gaza, which is enough to feed the place for about four hours. I assume it will also take them six weeks to sail back and get more food. That works out to supplying 0.2% of Gaza’s nutritional needs, or saving 4200 Gazans and letting the rest starve to death.
The funniest part, if true, was Israel jamming their radios with ABBA music! It sounds like an op Trump would think up!
