One thought on “Libertarian Law Professors”

  1. My first Con Law professor was a libertarian. That course involved the more structural elements of the Constitution and the history of its interpretation in such matters (like Commerce Clause jurisprudence, the powers of the branches, that sort of thing).

In my second Con Law class, the professor was quite leftwing. That class dealt with the Bill of Rights, primarily.

Overall, I’d say my professors leaned leftwards a bit, but not as much as in university programs taken as a whole.
