The Coming Coup

It’s pretty clear that this is exactly what the Democrats are planning. They’ve never accepted their loss four years ago, and they won’t accept this one, either.

You are not allowed to film in Portland.

I knew Nancy in LA before she moved to Portland. She was part of the early blogging scene, and a friend of the late great Cathy Seipp.

Something wicked this way comes.

  1. The Coming coup

Sorry, I don’t buy that’s happening on anyone’s side, including Trump’s, this election cycle. In particular I think it’s dishonest (as presented in the first link) to claim that resisting Trump’s profoundly stupid impulses by the Secretary of Defense is signs of an impending coup. Instead I see it as more protecting the president.

And maybe Trump does need to be replaced. I recall that there’s not a smooth way to determine when someone is mentally incompetent to continue to serve as US president. A coup is a likely outcome.

Democrat’s already failed at 2 coups and rigging one election, why wouldn’t they do either again?

    The 25th Amendment:

“Section 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.[5]”

    1. Yes, and the Democrats already tried this against Trump. It didn’t work but we all know who it will work against, Biden.

  3. The dem’s first attempted coup, failed.
And don’t see how they win if Pence is the President.
So all their coup attempts if won, would resulted in Pence being the President.
The only sane excuse is as distraction for Trump, but that didn’t seem to work. All seems to have done is to make Trump the greatest President ever. One could say they done seared Trump into our memory. A weaker move would been to build huge statue of Trump- or say give him his own mountain with his mug on it.
To say they have excited the republican base, is quite an understatement. And fractured the Dem base is again another huge understatement.
How could you have coup when there is no dem leadership to lead it? Who could have broad public support?
Biden is farce. It doesn’t amount to a reasonable daydream.
So, stealing the election if successful, is just continuation of series of failed coups- the only hope is to slow Trump down, and no reason he going to slow down. Trump does even need the office of Presidency, he probably be far more powerful without it.
Or what is leadership, is public support. How could any President lead if Trump doesn’t want them to President.
Only way Trump loses is by making a mistake. Or become physical not capable- if Trump deteriorated into something like Biden, that works.

  4. Looks like a lot of states will be relying, to various degrees, on mail-in voting. Otherwise known as the most fraud-prone method of voting.

Is this an intentional maneuver to steal the election (and thus, a coup), orchestrated by a cadre of democrat powerbrokers? In an of itself, IMHO, no – but the supporting evidence tips the scale to yes.

The Democrats were very supporting of protests, including in many cases encouraging people to come out and join BLM events. This is in direct contradiction to their saying in-person voting is dangerous.

More telling; they deliberately lie by lumping together mail-in voting with absentee and early voting (also mostly done by mail, though they are not mail-in voting of the kind proposed). The difference is security – most implementations of early voting and absentee are far more secure. Yet, the Democrats do not favor them, only mail-in. They conflate the types in order to confuse and misdirect.

Preparing the battlespace; as the article indicates, their moves point in one direction regarding what they intend.

There are other points as well, such as intentionally stoking racial tension. How else can one explain the Democrats centering their campain (Biden launched his campaign with it, and has used it repeatedly since) the “Good people” hoax? (the Charlottesville lie) the claim Trump called white supremacists and nazis good people, while in fact condemning them explicitly. It’s too easy to debunk this lie (the video and transcripts are easy to find) so why go with it? It’s a litmus test for identifying “reliable” media quislings, plus it stokes racial tensions. Battlespace prep.

I hope like hell I’m wrong, but I’ve been seeing this as ever more likely for months.

I hope Trump has the backbone and ruthlessness to take the actions he will need to take if the Democrats attempt this.

    1. They have already telegraphed that they will engage in voting integrity shenanigans by claiming any attempt by Trump to challenge their shenanigans should be called a coup.

It is just like in 2016, when they meme’d that Trump wouldn’t respect the outcome of the election. They had to set this up because they were spying on his campaign at the time, were organizing violent activists attacking Trump events, colluding with foreign governments to influence the election, using their control over media to censor and manipulate information, and engaging in some voting shenanigans.

All you need to do is insert a catchy boogaloo themed catchphrase.

  5. The total number of armed government people – local, state, and federal law enforcement, active duty and reserve military, National Guard, and (bizarrely) federal regulatory agencies – is 5 million.

Recently, the number of armed American civilians topped 100 million.

No one in human history has ever won against odds like that.

If this election results in an insurrection by the military, or by any subset of the elite statists, I predict that it will be short-lived…as in the blink of an eye. But the ensuing chaos would be more terrible than we can imagine.

I hope that people are more sane than they have been appearing of late. Please, just be civil. Be reasonable.

  6. “The IPC is an organized group in league with the activists, and it is usually their footage you see streamed online and recycled on the news: mostly innocent protestors being harassed and beaten by police.”

Most of the clips I have seen are shown out of context. The viewer never gets to see what transpired right before some Democrat activist getting dealt with. The various streamers can show the reality of what happened and this is why the Democrats attack them in the street. They also show up to reporters houses too, like what happened to Cassandra Fairbanks and Tucker Carlson.

Sometimes, the Democrats street propagandists are active participants in the riots. We saw this most recently in Seattle over the past couple days but it is common for the people with “press” written on taped on their vests or helmets often interfere and impede law enforcement.
