If there was gold bullion hidden in my walls, the house would collapse. I recently took down a section of drywall, pulled aside the pink insulation and was startled to see daylight. Beyond the insulation was the siding backerboard. Oh, well. At least I can never be trapped in the house. One good kick and I’m outside.
I didn’t make it clear, that I was thinking one should buy gold bullion and hide it in one’s walls as a hedge against de-banking. Tearing up walls hoping any previous owner was a gold miser is likely to leave you with…. Broken walls.

A friend of my dad died a while back and all of these old codgers got together to go help his wife look for hidden gold and silver the guy stashed in the walls. Did they find it? Don’t know. Didn’t ask. I’m not even sure how these guys make money.

A lot of examples of wealthy people being debanked but I suspect it is common with the normals too. During COVID a friend of the family was debanked because while he was waiting in line to make a deposit, said the virus came from China. They closed his account and didn’t let him access his money. Eventually he got it back but probably only because he wasn’t as poor as he looked.
I listed to the Rogan episode and they were talking about Democrat’s prior harsh positions on illegal immigration. These two leftists, even after being convinced not to vote for their party for all sorts of duplicity, wanted to know when Democrats would go back to these policies.
They still don’t get it.
Democrats were lying on immigration, lying for decades. They counted on people to listen to the lies and ignore their actions.
Republican politicians do the same thing, which is how we got Trump. But with Democrats? They could be pushed to vote for Trump if things got bad enough for them personally but they still want to be lied to.
