  1. People have a right to go forth armed.

People should have enough sense to not get shot for it. Stay away from dangerous locations, for your own sake.

  2. Always check your local gun laws. Just because the courts go one way on some lawsuit, doesn’t mean it applies to your state yet.

Unless you have wealthy benefactors, you don’t want to be a 2a test case. The wheels of justice roll on as slowly as they did for Rand’s 1a case.

      1. Or in the ground for a lot longer. Law enforcement hasn’t gotten used to the idea that every visible gun doesn’t justify emptying every magazine in sight yet.

  3. I think everyone is missing the big picture, here. The anti-ICE riots in Minnesota, and the torrential blitzkrieg of propaganda by the Leftist “news” media and academia invoking both the First and (bizarrely) Second Amendments of the Constitution in denunciation of ICE and its activities dominate all of the news. Why? The actual scandal is the uncovering of billions of dollars in fraudulent diversion of U.S. taxpayer money to not only a few illegal immigrant criminals, but to terrorist organizations in other countries, and at the end of the day, to the Democrat party, the facilitator of all of this. It is no longer a mystery to me why the Democrats picked such a mincing, flamboyant symbol of “manhood” as Walz for VP: he could deliver the billion dollars of “donations” to the Harris/Walz campaign in a heartbeat, without any of you Republican suckers knowing that half of it was your money. When the Left puts up a cacophony of rhetoric invoking Constitutional rights they have spent a decade or more opposing, supporting immigration policies which they vocally opposed 10 years ago, policies that make no sense whatsoever at any time, and mash it all together in an incoherent mess that contains notes appealing to almost everyone, there’s only one purpose. They are defending the biggest grift machine in history, one which could satisfy every grifter at every level. Going from the bottom up are the moral grifters, who have no idea why they are cannon fodder and shock troops, but derive a sense of worth in an otherwise worthless life, to the idealist grifters who “genuinely” believe in a good which they are too good to soil themselves with, but are willing to send their shock troops to secure with a smug sense of satisfaction, to the venal, criminal grifters who are simply in it for the free money, to the political grifters who see the free money as a way to hold power eternally, to the power grifters, whose only goal is to compel all below them to do whatever they dictate, to the top of the pyramid – the destroyers, who use the pyramid below them to destroy all civilization, and all human life. They are the only people who see the big picture, and know how to manipulate everyone below them in the pyramid, and they are the only ones who know what the end game really is. And, as evidenced by our heated arguments over nit picking details of this or that “interpretation” of our “rights”, they know they are secure against those of us so arguing from ever looking up and seeing the 50 megaton H-bomb they are dropping on us.
