No, you can’t just rewrite the law to justify your junk science, EPA.
This is a good victory, but it doesn’t completely undo the damage from the court’s previous decision, which was also based on junk science.

I consider it a partial loss, not a victory. I’m glad they ruled that the EPA couldn’t rewrite statues, but I detest that they also ruled, again, that the EPA can regulate so-called greenhouse gasses (something it does not have the statutory authority to do).
What this means in the real world; they’re going to go ahead and “regulate” coal power plants out of existence, thus making our power bills skyrocket.
