    Sounds exactly correct to me.

    Most of those others are mere amusements.

  2. While the movie wasn’t a comedy, there were several times when the audience laughed when I saw it. One that quickly comes to mind is when the excess hydrogen blew up in his face. There was some of the funny wordplay from the book in the movie. Of course, unless someone were to make a miniseries from the book (I’m looking at you, SyFy network!), there is no way to capture the entire book in a movie. Even they’d probably have to edit out some of the F-bombs.

    I was watching that episode of Three’s Company where Mr. Roper sees something and takes it out of context.

    Laugh out loud funny.
