Does anyone here know whether Rep. John Culberson has been presented with the pros and cons of the argument that Enceladus should have higher priority for exobiology than Europa?
I don’t. I asked Nadia that question on Twitter, but she hasn’t replied, and she probably doesn’t know, either.
