I don’t think they’ll be inspecting tires; they are just going to outlaw their sale in the state.
Heh. I wouldn’t count on it. Tire inspection is easy, and a cost effective way to raise revenue on fines for the State of California. Just another cost of driving in the “Golden” State.
Yep…They’ll set the fine low enough so that you’ll pay it rather than buy new tires. And of course you’ll have no option after that set wears out.
