      It looks from the excerpts on WUWT that this RICO claim actually does cover the 5 parts listed above. Of course, the whole claim is not available for us to see so it isn’t possible to see whether the claim has merit

      1. Point 5) alone would be really tenuous to show. Glancing at the WUWT story, I’m leery of this:

        Full disclosure: Mr. Goldstein has written for WUWT under the pen name “Ari Halperin.”. At the time, I believed that to be his real name.

        I suppose a case could be made for writing under a pseudonym. But there’s a certain level of deception involved when you’re also presenting that pseudonym as your real name to people hosting your words.
