  1. I’m just about done listening to anyone giving dietary advice. There have been so many reversals on the guidelines, so many “gurus” publishing books and writing articles. I am skeptical of every article I read. I think the best bet at this point is to eat what you want, in moderation. Variety is probably a good thing, too much of anything is probably not good.
