I view the YoutTube videos of those Internet defense lawyers who take 15 minutes to get to the script of what to say (or not say) if the police stop you at a drunk-driving screening roadblock and claim their dog is alerting to drugs in your car. Going off the script by not limiting one’s remarks to the strict invocation of a constitutional right is warned as constituting talking to the authorities and by extension waiving the right you just invoked?

I’m assuming the autopen was simply writing what it was trained to write. It has nothing to do with the teacher, er, I mean Science.
Also, FWIW, I wrote that before I watched any of today’s hearing. Would it surprise you I wasn’t surprised?
