IMHO, kids would join anything that involves ditching school, so using them in this way is intensely manipulative. We’ve seen it before though, the push to co-opt them young. Back then, they called it the Hitler Youth.
It’s averaged -20C in Calgary since the beginning of February. That’s about -5F for you Americans. This in a year when Gore predicted no more snow ever again.
