    But as has been pointed out, those who are being held currently in solitary confinement have been charged not with treason but trespass! Or, as I used to say in high school, if you have to ignore doubt, then your only conviction standard left is: “guilty beyond reasonable” or its shortened version “guilty beyond reason”. And if that’s the case, then why bother to distinguish between misdemeanors and felonies?
