I haven’t read it yet, but this testimony from the Brookings Institute looks like it could be interesting.

Space Traffic Management
Also, an excellent piece by @brianweeden on dealing with Space Traffic Management. Primary quibble: Should be "re-elevating AST out of FAA." For its first few years, it reported directly to the SecDOT.https://t.co/d46wOC1ikG https://t.co/6I6JKIMcAX

Campus Hooliganism
It’s past time to punish it with donor strikes, if conservatives can. But at least under Trump, the Justice Department may start to address it.
Colorado
The bullies are running it. And ruining it. We’d been thinking of retiring there, but we’re rethinking that now.
British Columbia
…has gone transgender nuts. I hope the father wins in the Supreme Court of Canada.
The Gun-Control Debate
Why the Left won’t win it.
Of course, part of the problem is that, as with climate change, they think there is no room for debate. Neither side does. But one side is right.
My Lawsuit
The request for en banc review of the DC appellate decision, after over two years, has been denied.

This lawsuit is now so old that, if it was a child, it would now be in first grade. For those unfamiliar with the background, Jonathan Adler described it last year.
Regime Change
Could the U.S. face it in the Trump era?
The Obama FBI and DOJ were certainly acting like secret police.
Cohen’s Testimony
The thing is, while I don’t find anything that Cohen says about Trump incredible, it’s things that I’ve always assumed about him. I doubt that there are very many people whose minds were changed about Trump as a result of what the scumbag said. And his statement at the end that Trump wouldn’t go easily if he loses the election is pretty ironic, considering that the Left and the Democrats (but I repeat myself), over two years into the term, still haven’t accepted their defeat.

The Fix Was In
The Obama Justice Department prevented the FBI from pursuing the proper charge(s) against Clinton.
