A review of a book that is likely to play a significant role in the upcoming SCOTUS case. The notion that the prohibition of carrying a gun off one’s own property is not a blatant violation of the Second Amendment is insane. It renders the phrase “keep and bear arms” meaningless.
It’s not one to celebrate, but to commemorate. Particularly when so many of our elected “leaders” seem oblivious to that history.
This is interesting in the context of my own defamation suit, in which I actually was expressing opinions, but the appellate court said that I was stating facts that a jury could determine the truth or falsity of.
