But it is functionally much more like a blog, since it has comments now.

I can’t believe they’re unmoderated, though…
Though it’s worth noting that comments aren’t actually an intrinsic feature of a blog. For instance, Instapundit has never had them, but I don’t think that anyone disputes that it’s a blog.
