A decent list. I would have chosen a different ordering of importance in several cases, but different strokes.
The clueless, like the poor, we will apparently always have with us. One commenter claimed there is insufficient demand to fill all of the new launch capacity coming on-line this year. Another supposes that SpaceX will launch fewer Falcons this year than last because LC-39A will be given over exclusively to FH operations. Yeesh.
