Paywalled, but I have been reading The Bleat on and off. He retired from the paper – or was retired by them, probably. His wife offered him a divorce recently, while he was visiting friends out of town. Not overly surprising – they both seemed to take a lot of separate vacations. Neither one can afford the house on their own, so they are packing up and selling. Oh, and his dog appears to have a brain tumor, so the guy can’t catch a break. Last week, he wrote something about maybe moving to Boston to be near Daughter.
