The stage is gently used enough it should be able to hit zero-refurb turnaround in a while. Once the 9×4 version is developed, I could see a reusable hydrolox upper stage, maybe a drawbridge wing orbiter with an aerodynamic runway landing. Or at least a parachute + airbag recovery. There’s no new engineering here, Bezos should just do it if its more than just a hobby.
