It seems to me that the Democrats ignore polls like this at their political peril:
“Sixty-seven percent (67%) of Mainstream Americans say they are not willing to pay higher taxes and utility costs to generate cleaner energy and fight global warming, compared to only 17% of the Political Class,” reported Rasmussen Reports.
Completely out of touch.
It would have been nice to:
A) Have this poll
B) Publish this poll in the MSM
before the last presidential election.
So the majority of the political class are working to priorities the majority of voters disagree with. I see this as career limiting.
