Sounds to me more like a way for western ideas on finance to infiltrate hardcore Islam.
If you read just a little you would find out that before your troops landed there Afghans were fighting the Communist USSR invaders ever since 1979! The USSR was one of the most powerful nations, and Afghans were among the causes of the USSR collapse. Almost 2 million afghans died, 5 millions fled the country and the country was devastated. That was followed by civil war… history goes on
There is of course a very simple way of solving the problem of Sharia financing as a fifth column for jihad.
Confiscate the lot. One could even call it war reparations – and exemplary damages for such acts as blowing up irreplaceable 1300-year-old statues of the Buddha.
After all, the war has been going on now for 1300+ years.
Now, if the people who had obtained trillions of dollars from the West in exchange for the oil they happened to be lucky enough to be sitting on (and contributed not at all to getting out) invested it in their own infrastructure and military the West wouldn’t have that option. However, since a lot of the money has gone straight to Switzerland, or into the pockets of high-priced call girls, casino owners, purveyors of fine whisky and dealers in luxury cars… Oh, and the company Explosia has had quite a lot of the cash, too.
Rand, this “Korean Ginseng” guy is spamming the threads. His name links to an sales website for Ginko stuff. On another thread (the HuffPo one), he’s not even remotely on topic. I think it’s just an attempt to distort the Google pagerank for the target website.
