There was a contest? I had no idea. Let me post two haikus inspired by Gore that I posted at my site. The first is untitled:
Al Gore feels Earth’s pain
Will save us if we let him
But at least he’s rich
The second it titled “Leeches”:
Earth has a fever
Gore wants to bleed the patient
We need more cow bell
I feel so inspired by our approaching doom.
Yo, Al Gore, I’m really happy for you and Imma let you finish, but I just wanna say that Revelation is the best apocalyptic story of all time!

1. Al Gore just went to Copenhagen to give a speech at the AGW summit.
2. A blizzard just descended on Copenhagen: They’re expecting their first White Christmas in years.
3. And this is the freaky part: Someone just pointed out to me that the Latin word for “cold” is…algor. I didn’t believe him so I looked it up: it’s true.
