  1. When even the pages of the Huffington Post are excoriating Barack Obama’s foreign policy, you know the commander in chief is in some pretty serious trouble.

Writing for the HuffPo, Ken Blackwell, a fellow at the National Academy of Public Administration and the Family Research Council, pulls no punches:

Talk about a dog bites man story. Does the writer have any idea who Blackwell is, or what the Family Research Council is all about?

  2. Evidently Kim Zigfeld assumes HuffPo endorses the opinions of its writers. I’d like to know how Blackwell got that gig. You’d think Arianna Huffington would activate the trap door leading to the shark tank once she go to the FRC part of Blackwell’s resume.

On another note, has anyone ever seen Arianna in the same room with Teresa Heinz Kerry? I’ve heard both on the radio, and I swear they’re the same person.

While I don’t have much use for either one of these ladies, I can tell the difference between a Greek accent and a Portuguese accent.

Yeah, talking about Obama’s weakness in foreign policy is low hanging fruit. Let’s see:

President Obama has weakened alliances with the UK, Germany, and Israel. His State Department keeps pushing the reset button with Russia, as if they can’t wait for it to go all the way back to being a powerful Cold War adversary. Iran and North Korea no longer feel threatened at all, and as such, nobody else cares to follow any sanctions against them. And this weekend he gave an enormously expensive state dinner to the Mexican President, who had no issue walking onto the floor of Congress and complaining that a State in the Union is enforcing federal laws. Did I mention that Obama still bows to any Asian leader he comes across?

As you say, Jim, it is a dog bites man story.
