Rand, they are only for Obama’s policy because it is Obama’s policy, just like some people (stupidly) hate the policy for the same reason. If Obama had called for a Super-Apollo on Mega-Steroids, the Times would be lapping that up too.
Granted, in this case they are right, but that’s just a coincidence. My guess is they are just in “defend Obama” mode, and backed into (more liked tripped over) the truth. They are just backing Obama in his benign neglect handling of NASA.
