A wonderful takedown. Actually, I think that selecting a Grade-A moron as vice president was a lot more gutsy move than killing bin Laden. Not a smart one, but a gutsy one. Sort of a “hold mah beer” moment.

I suspect that Biden will be replaced for “health reasons” when the re-election campaign gets into high gear. Having him on the ticket doesn’t win the Democrats any additional states or campaign contributions. Also, his recent failure to applaud Netanyahu adequately didn’t help his standing.
Joe Biden is the best form of life and career insurance Obama can buy. It’s a sad fact that every president has some nut jobs out there who want to go down in history as someone with three names like John Wilkes Booth and Lee Harvey Oswald (no assassin only has two names!). The mere thought of “President Joe Biden” would give anyone pause, be they some would be assassin or Congress bent on impeachment.
