I’m betting Dr. Goebbels is proud of this guy. He’s a chip off the old propaganda block. With, of course, the exception that SUNSTEIN is most likely a name of Jewish ancestry, and that would put off a NAZI a little bit.
I’m hoping TX ties them up in court for a few years. Or at least until Obama and his ilk are gone, and the EPA is pushed back from idiocy like this.
Imagine all the jobs this is going create and save!
The EPA isn’t pro-jobs no matter who’s President, though the President presumably has some influence at some level.
The Endangered Species Act and Clean Air Act (thanks, Congress and Richard Nixon!) aren’t partisan, after all, and bureaucrats with a charge to enforce those specific laws don’t give a good Goddamn.
