I blame George W. Bush and the Learned Elders of Zion, working with the Tri-Lateral Commission who are actually run by a joint group from Area 51 made up of super intelligent space aliens and who are controlled by brain waves from the Masters of Freemasonry!
I guess NASA just didn’t want the Chinese to get good photos of Mars and see all the cities on it 🙂
