Were this conference after tax deadline, I’d be there. Bummer. Another argument for a simple flat tax.

If you are looking for an after tax day conference I would recommend ASCE Earth and Space 2012. It part of a series that started in the 1980’s that looks at solutions to the problems of space construction and settlements 🙂
Do your taxes a week early… I’ll have to. Done it before. April 8th hurts no more (or less) than April 15th, trust me.
Unless you do other people’s taxes for a living. I have friends who do that. I don’t even try to get together with them for the last month before tax day anymore.
