    1. What “effects” should I be expected to “feel”? It’s for longevity. I’m still metabolizing, if you consider that an “effect.” I can’t run controlled experiments on myself with a supplement like this.

  1. Rand, you should check out Quercetin, another bioflavonoid from grapes etc. There was at least one positive DARPA study on the extract which showed good results in various health aspects. The intent was to find something to enhance the performance of soldiers, and this compound seems to have done something towards that end. I’ve been taking it for a few months now, and I’ve noticed that I recover from working out much quicker, and have less joint pain. Supposedly it reduces oxidative stress, but I have no way of determining that.
