  1. I agree with Professor Reynolds. I get the point, but otherwise it is a PR stunt. Still, Kimberlin’s actions are ridiculous and will eventually harm innocent people. The Maryland judge is a farce, however the ABC interview of Kimberlin at least explained a somewhat reasonable concept for holding Walker in contempt. Then again, the ABC interview also shows Kimberlin committing perjury, because either he lied to the judge or he lied to ABC, and I would think the ABC interview could be evidence in court.

  2. A day of silience is a nice protest but the lefties will say, “Finally, they shut up if only for a day. Maybe we should get them to do this more often.”

The media will ignore it and the only people who will feel the impact are the readers. The everybody blog about Kimberline day will be much more effective.

  3. I’m not sure what the point of this is. The conservative blogosphere is a very, very, tiny part of the internet (see here), so nobody apart from regular readers is likely to notice.

It reminds me of something similar awhile back. Some left-wing group, or maybe La Raza, organized a “Day Without Mexicans” in order to demonstrate the crucial importance of illegal aliens to the U.S. economy. I don’t know how well it worked. I assume most actual illegals were more concerned with working and making money than with making a meaningless political statement.
