   You slouch. That’s going to cause you back pain if it hasn’t already. See how Glenn is sitting? Like that. I cannot recommend enough a book called “8 Steps to a Pain Free Back” if you want specific exercises and such. It’s very Paleo, but for posture instead of food.

   I know you’re not happy with the election results. But perhaps there’s a silver lining.

   Utah, Alabama, and Texas were all red. As of this writing Florida was still on the fence. But Obama got the electoral votes without these BFR pork barrel states.

   That 900 lb gorilla singing the praises of SLS is now singing soprano.
