I love the title. Do you need a subtitle? I’m not sure I like any of the three different versions I’ve seen.
Not just in the title I think it’s important not to allow anyone to get the impression you just mean to kill astronauts (which may stop some from reading further.) It would help if you had a simple example up front that makes it clear in some other endeavor (I know you do that, but it seems a bit too tangential.) It doesn’t even have to involve death, but just risk assessment.
For those of us who contributed to the original paper–do we still get a signed copy? Or is the paper now simply not happening, and the book is taking its place? And do we get piece of that action, or is an additional contribution necessary?
Inquiring minds want to know.
