   It’s really simple. Once you get 10 percent more from the richest you can go back to the middle class, where the real money is, and ask for 5 percent more from them. The feckless republicans will then talk it down to 3 percent more. It’s just giving your fair share.

   Obama: “…at a certain point you’ve made enough money.”

   Then he’s wimping out if he doesn’t go for 100%.
