Perhaps even superconductors. (Do I recall claims of -both- superconductivity -and- high power plausibility?)
Sterile surfaces (auto-lysing).
I’ve probably missed another dozen. The theoretical maximums for the super capacitors were one of the more boggling claims.
Not to mention inexpensive blood tests for everything from cancer to pregnancy. link
Re super capacitors: Yeah, how is that coming along? How close are we to laptops that completely charge in 5 seconds?
Now if they could grow some brains for the electorate, that would be something.
