I understand the point you are trying to make, but there is NO such thing as ‘Normal Weather’.
There is Average Weather for any given day, week, month or season. Unfortunately, it’s based on just a little over 100 years of ‘official’ record keeping. I think the term ‘Normal Weather’ is just as 21st Century buzz wordish as ‘snow showers’, or calling the drop in high temps from today’s 95 to tomorrows 85 a ‘cold front’. If it won’t freeze water into ice it’s cool, not cold.
And there is NOTHING cool or cold about any temperature over 60.
