Last I heard the Judge had allowed discovery to proceed.
Did the judge reverse himself or did the appeals court order a stay of discovery?
Discovery cannot proceed when a refused motion to dismiss is being appealed.
It is my understanding that Mr. Steyn is filing a countersuit against Dr. Mann.
