People like Sebelius either have no sense of personal honor, or a different sense of personal honor than I, my friends, and all my co-workers. (I am a Federal Civil Service employee.) I don’t know how she can live with herself. On the other hand, I assume she considers my sense of honor a tremendous weakness. I’ll bet that in meetings with close associates at work, and with family, she jokes about how she dupes the rubes about ObamaCare and drives the Republicans crazy with lies, half-truths, and evasions.
