1. Why should anyone care? Because these people have put themselves in charge of the rest of us and it’s instructive to analyze their vile systems of thought? But I agree that I don’t care. Other than we continue to have to deal with their product (regulations.)

3. It’s amusing that Chris Christie was the one who shut down Tesla in New Jersey.

   His administration passed a secret regulation to shut them down.

   I guess, that’s Job Creation as Job 1 for him.

         out of thin air.

         This is a Christie problem where he put the payola from the Car Dealers ahead of the
         Payola (or lack thereof) from Tesla.

         His guys wrote this reg, and he approved it.

         It will be amusing to see Christie in 2016 trying to duck out of this.

      1. if memory serves, the reg was passed on an emergency basis without public comment or hearing.

         Very dicey procedurally, Very easy to litigate and just bad policy.

         1. Still didn’t comprehend, eh? A regulation may be passed in secret, but being itself secret makes it a bit difficult to enforce.
