He can’t do any worse than Letterman, who has been phoning it in for the past decade or so.
Colbert has been doing great in his demographic.
The questions are will that demo follow him to CBS and is that demo large enough to sustain a broadcast network television show? I’m skeptical, as even Letterman is losing out to the guy who worked for Ben Stein.
