  1. She was a marginally better SecState than Kerry. Although that could just be circumstantial.

If Republicans lose these next elections they have nobody to blame but themselves.

    1. There’s occupants of county drunk tanks who would be better SecStates than Kerry.
The more I see of the man, the more I realize just what a bullet America dodged in ’04, and just how lame the Democratic Party and its electorate must be to have tried to sell this rotting clown and the Silky Pony as being worthy to lead the nation.

      1. We did dodge a bullet in 2004 only to get the full Valentine’s Day Massacre treatment in 2008 and 2012.

  2. Chalk it up to brain damage. No, really. Not a Rove fan but maybe he’s on to something. There has to be something wrong with “liberals” for them to be (at best) uninterested and (at worst) actively hostile to their most precious birthright–liberty. I used to attribute it to the Stockholm Syndrome, but perhaps Occam’s Razor indicates brain damage as the best explanation/

    1. Modern-day so-called liberals aren’t–they’re progressives, and they don’t value liberty.

  3. I don’t know what you guys are talking about. The Russian reset was a great success after the Bush’s and Reagan ruined our relationship with them. And what about that coup she supported in South America? She picked the right side there just like she did with the MB in Egypt and arming Islamic militants in Libya to overthrow their government. I guess you could blame Obama for setting the policy and Hillary for the execution but we all know that Obama has nothing at all to do with the State Department. They are a separate entity altogether and we don’t even really know how they staff the agency or select its CEO.

  4. I’m not impressed with Sec Clinton’s tenure at State but it’s hard to distinguish her from
Sec Rice. Neither one seemed to worth a bucket of warm spit.

      1. Many dems say Bill Clinton got the status he had because of who he married 🙂

But yes, I was very unimpressed with the red carpet treatment she got for running for senate.

She’s smart, she’s capable, but, she never even ran for dog catcher and gets into the senate.

Now, she got into Sec State based upon her performance in the Primaries, and, it was a consolation prize, but, I’m one of the ones saying “400 million americans and the best candidates are
        named Bush or Clinton?”

Frankly, the GOP is in a real mess since 1950s it’s had Nixons, Bushes and Doles on the top line.
Nixon VP, then President. What, they can’t find someone not named Bush to run?

          1. Sorry, I’m not trying to pick on you – it is just that I saw that “400 million” and remembered when the population was much smaller than today and suddenly I felt old.

        1. Frankly, the GOP is in a real mess since 1950s it’s had Nixons, Bushes and Doles on the top line.

Compared to Clintons, Obamas, and Carters? Makes you wish for some competent political parties.

        2. “Frankly, the GOP is in a real mess since 1950s it’s had Nixons, Bushes and Doles on the top line.”

Both Bush’s are looking pretty good right about now. Don’t want a third one though. And Nixon? Looks like a boy scout these days.

          1. Nixon, didn’t he create the EPA? Wage-Price Controls?
Dang, he’d be a commie now in the GOP primaries.
