As Glenn says, this does seem like a criminal conspiracy by the Justice Department to deprive people of their civil rights because the administration doesn’t like the kind of (legal) business they’re in. They should certainly have standing to file a lawsuit. We have to stand up against these thugs.

Between Operation Choke Point, the various EPA rulings struck down by federal courts as overreach, and the IRS scandal… I’m becoming more convinced that this all just a couple of rogue bureaucrats acting autonomously in a Cincinnat office. I’m happy to hear that Holder has appointed a special prosecutor to investigate these rogues before the problem spreads to more dangerous things like illegal transfer of weapons across our southern border.
Too bad the administration is powerless to act against these Cincinnati rogues.
Democrats: “Constitutional right to look at porn in libraries and pleasure yourself.”
Democrats: “We won’t let you have a bank account if you produce porn.”
