Our Prisons

Have they become Jihad factories?

[Update a couple minutes later]

More information is coming to light about the head chopper:

Nolen was telling coworkers Thursday of an Islamic teaching that said women should be stoned for an offense, and that an argument followed the mark, Nolen was later fired and returned later Thursday, when he beheaded Colleen Hufford, the family member said.

The local mosque seems to be disowning him, fortunately.

  1. I agree that prisons as Jihad Factories isn’t far off the mark, though prisons as crime training centers for criminals is also on the mark.

I like to quote a passage from Heinlein: “There are two things you can do with an enemy, you can kill him, or you can make him your friend”.

The problem with the prison system is that it’s a compromise between what the left would do and what the right would do, so it neither rehabilitates or kills, it just works to alienate them even more from US society before releasing them.

    1. Carefully worded Andrew. Should we take offense? (At implied motivations.)

My favorite prison story is one of two. The guy that was atom bombed out of prison in Japan. Or the guy that was feared by everyone when he went into prison, became a christian, and the warden on down cried when his death sentence was carried out.

Incidentally, I go to pick up my brother from Florence prison on Oct 16th. He’s usually good for about a month or so before he becomes a one man crime wave. Oh joy.

    1. Following the brutal beheading of a woman in an Moore, Oklahoma, a photo began circulating the web allegedly showing a large group of Muslims at a press conference reading from the Koran and shouting “praise Allah!”
Breitbart Texas asked a Moore Police Department Public Affairs Officer, Jeremy Lewis, if a group of Muslims were in fact protesting after the press conference yesterday.
“No, there was not,” Lewis told Breitbart Texas.

      1. It is always wise to be skeptical of what GP puts out. Also, we lack a lot of context. Praise Allah is used in many different situations and it would be wrong to assume the most negative use without seeing a video.

  2. It’s the usual muslim two-faced approach. Publicly they are all peace and tolerance, within their own community they tell a different story. I would not believe one word from any of these savages.

  3. The cops didn’t deny that those people were there chanting, just that the person wouldn’t characterize it as a protest.

    1. Sure, it wasn’t a protest… it was a prayer meeting. How dare we challenge their freedom of religion.

Cutting off heads with a rusty knife is their sacrament.
