These apologists are so monomaniacal. Everything’s got to be couched in terms of class struggle, no matter how far a reach. Liberalism (or, more properly, Lefty-ism) is a psychosis.
As the cliche goes, “If all you have is a hammer, pretty soon everything looks like a nail.” Their hammer is more and more government programs to solve any and all problems, even the problems caused by government programs. This is a classic “self-licking ice cream cone.”
