It’s Day 2 of the workshop. I’m giving a talk this morning on the need for resilient LEO infrastructure. I may post the briefing later. It’s substantially the same one I gave to NASA at HQ in December.

Like a space craft lurking in orbit that can attach to a tumbling cargo ship, patch the hole so that the venting which is causing the tumbling stops, uses its own propellant to stop the tumbling and deliver the cargo and finally returns to its base and refuels?
