It is designed not to work. The deal allows centrifuges to keep spinning. Might it hamper Iran? A little but it hampers future Presidents and our allies much more, which was Obama’s goal.
Obama’s goal was never to stop Iran getting the bomb. The goal was to prevent either Israel or a future U.S. president from attacking Iran to stop them getting the bomb.
Bingo. Call it “Project ValJar.”
