I’m sure you’re as shocked as I am to learn one of the closest cronies of the Clintons is under FBI investigation for public corruption associated with the Clinton Foundation.
What’s interesting about this is the fact that this is one of the charges that the FBI is investigating against her.
I read “Clinton Cash” when it first came out over a year ago and thought — admittedly rhetorically — “Why isn’t the Clinton Foundation under serious investigation?” Then there were some runblings via Catherine Herridge at Fox News back in January that the FBI had expanded/branched off its investigation into the Clinton e-mail server to look at the Clinton Foundation. Now this has come out, and I begin to believe that the FBI may truly be doing its job.
I wouldn’t hold my breath. Someone still has to decide to take it past an investigation in order to matter. There’s still a good chance that Clinton will be presiding over the Department of Justice.
I’d love to see McAwful indicted for something (anything!). He’s such a disgusting sleaze, I’m embarrassed to be a Virginian. >:(
