      1. Yes, figuring that out is tricky. For me caffeine, sulfates, and cheeses top the list. The sulfates are the worst, because they are in so many things. Watching out for them has turned me into an ingredient reader. It took a while to realize that Dasani bottled water has them. And Nestles. The one thing that wasn’t clear from reading his book was that cosmetics and lotions can trigger migraines. Most shampoos have a sulfate as a foaming agent.
