I really like Ms. Teitel, BTW. For someone so young (30, I believe), she understands space in a way many seasoned professionals don’t. And her quirkiness makes her highly watchable (a Jewish hottie from Canada, complete with the Canadian accent, is irresistible). She can explain things in a way one’s mother can understand, which means that she understands them, and after she gets done, so would anyone’s mother.
